The Dining Room Manager works alongside the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Service Manager and other associates to deliver best-in-class hospitality and dining services to ensure residents and customers have an outstanding and memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and inspect all aspects of the dining room: table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare dining room for service: beverage station setup, table top condiments, appetizer setup, etc.
- Check tables throughout dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction and resolve any guest issues or concerns.
- Anticipate resident needs and ensure service delivered meets/exceeds expectations; look for opportunities to deliver 'WOW' moments to customers.
- Work with the Executive Chef and Wellbeing & Life Services Director to ensure that resident diets and preferences are documented and followed.

- Have 2+ years’ experience as a server; supervisory experience a plus.
